No further stay waiver application
December 2nd, 2021
Some visas have a ‘no further stay’ condition imposed that prohibits you from applying for subsequent visas onshore. This means you will have to leave Australia before you can apply for another visa to return. You can request a waiver to the no further stay condition if there has been a major change in your circumstances that was beyond your control. Some examples of major changes include if you are unable to travel due to a medical reason, natural disaster or war or civil unrest in your home country.
